WACD is led by volunteers dedicated to preserving Washington’s natural resource through voluntary incentive-based conservation. Our leadership consists of supervisors and staff from Washington’s 45 conservation districts volunteering their time and skills to the association.

Board Meetings

WACD’s Board of Directors regular meetings are on the third Monday of the month in the evening from 6:00 – 8:30 PM though Zoom. On meeting dates that fall on a federal holiday (Jan, Feb, and June), the meeting will be rescheduled for the fourth Monday. They alternate informative work sessions with business meetings.

The Washington Association of Conservation Districts (WACD) is dedicated to operating in a transparent manner. We comply with the Open Public Meetings Act and post relevant financial and operational documents to our site as they become available.
